David Pitt is one of two Founders of Keyhole Software. David has nearly 37 years of experience as a software developer, project leader, and educator.

He started his career in SmallTalk, later moving to object-oriented programming with Java, then later with JavaScript and some C#. Since 1999, he has been leading and mentoring development teams with software development utilizing Java, JavaScript, and .NET based technologies.

Anyone who meets David knows that he's passionate about technology, is always up for a good technical discussion, and loves teaching. He is an author of numerous technical articles, and a co-author of a popular IBM WebSphere book (Enterprise Java Programming with IBM WebSphere) that documents some of his architecture design patterns.

More recently, David has also created numerous applications, including Fly Tyer World, Byzantine, and MockOla. Recent projects involve speaking, writing, and training developers in enterprise development best practices.

Together with partner Chris DeSalvo, David founded Keyhole Software in 2008. Since its conception, they have achieved lasting success by focusing on creating a strong, passionate team and by consistently delivering quality software solutions.
