Lauren Bogner is the Chief People Officer at Keyhole Software. Since joining the team in 2011 as its 17th employee (and one of the first non-developers), she has helped grow the company to more than 100 employees while shaping its culture and direction. Lauren oversees recruitment, team development, marketing, communications, human resources, and operationsโ€”all with a focus on supporting people and fostering growth.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalismโ€“Strategic Communication from the University of Kansas. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband Ethan, their daughter Juliana, and their dog Renny. Sheโ€™s also a big fan of Mexican food and loves all things Harry Potter.
