Join us for a remote Hyperledger meetup over the lunch hour! We’re choosing to host a virtual meeting due to COVID-19 and hope that you’ll be able to join us.

This meetup group discusses all topics related to Hyperledger blockchains. The group seeks to provide an opportunity for Kansas City professionals to network with others who are interested in or working with, Hyperledger blockchain networks.

Hyperledger is an open-source collaborative effort created to advance cross-industry blockchain technologies. It is a global collaboration hosted by The Linux Foundation including leaders in finance, banking, Internet of Things, supply chain, manufacturing, and technology. Hyperledger Fabric is a blockchain framework implementation and one of the current eight Hyperledger projects hosted by The Linux Foundation.

Make sure to join the Hyperledger Kansas City Meetup Group to ensure you receive invitations to all upcoming blockchain events. All Kansas City Hyperledger meetup events are free to attend.

Hyperledger User Group Overview

Hyperledger Fabric is a blockchain framework that gives you the tools to create public or private blockchain networks that share data securely. The Hyperledger Global Forum took place in early March and included a discussion by some of the heaviest hitters in blockchain technology.

This meetup will focus on the current state of Blockchain in 2020 and a recap of main conference topics. The discussion will also include an explanation of multiple use cases currently available in the wild.

Rather than us trying to repeat it, we think it’s best coming from one of the experts. This meetup will highlight the keynote speaker Don Tapscott, the co-founder of the Blockchain Research Institute & co-author of Blockchain Revolution: How the Technology Behind Bitcoin and Other Cryptocurrencies is Changing the World.
