The Keyhole Software team is excited to announce the official release of a new Keyhole product – GrokOla. GrokOla supports development team knowledge transfer and retention through a Q&A-driven wiki software platform.

GrokOla pairs an easy-to-use Wiki with a question and answer workflow that connects users with subject matter experts from the Keyhole Software team. GrokOla is available free of charge to all current Keyhole Software enterprise clients, and to other development teams for a fee.

Ask Questions to Experts – Users ask detailed development questions to Keyhole Software Sr. Consultants and subject matter experts (GrokStars) and receive an answer in less than 24 hours.

Code-Sensitive Wiki – GrokOla provides a centralized wiki for the “Tribal Knowledge” needed by your team. Code solutions are documented using simple markdown syntax and language-sensitive editors.
