Development: Easybroidery Web Application

Keyhole Software Java, New Development

Keyhole consultants engaged with a local small business to create a web application for its monthly subscription service.

The business domain was custom embroidery designs available through a monthly membership. By having a membership, subscribers have on-demand access to digital machine embroidery designs.

The web application was an all-in-one solution for members & administrators. Features include inventory management, with inventory search & downloading; membership management, with account creation, single sign on, and authentication; payment processing with Square integration; administration panel, and other features.

Government Architecture Analysis & Strategy Roadmap

Keyhole Software IT Strategy, Java, Modernization

Keyhole Enterprise Architects assisted two main change initiatives which included the Architectural Analysis of a large application domain in addition to an Analysis of Alternatives. Keyhole consultants were tasked with analyzing the current system’s architectural footprint. Working with the current federal IT and business staff, they developed a vision of the future state of those systems, and created a transition roadmap of projects to reach that future state.

Increased Stability In Transition to Microservices

Keyhole Software Java, Microservices, Modernization

The ultimate goal of this project was to improve the stability of the application suite as the organization made the transition to a Microservices-style platform. Keyhole consultants assisted with the migration from a monolithic application architecture to a Microservices style that broke up application functionality into smaller runtime elements that could be tested and deployed separately.

M204 To Spring Boot Microservices

Keyhole Software Application Rewrite, Java, Mainframe, Microservices, Modernization, SPA, Spring Batch

In this project, almost 1,000 existing Model 204 batch applications were converted to Java Spring and Spring Batch-based applications.

The goal of this engagement was for Keyhole Software to help the client to implement an application architecture and platform that supports the conversion of its Model 204 applications into Spring Boot-based application modules. There were many modules, both batch and online-based, so this platform needed to allow for scalability and durability. On-demand deployment was also necessary.
