Lauren Bogner is the Chief People Officer at Keyhole Software. Since joining the team in 2011 as its 17th employee (and one of the first non-developers), she has helped grow the company to more than 100 employees while shaping its culture and direction. Lauren oversees recruitment, team development, marketing, communications, human resources, and operations—all with a focus on supporting people and fostering growth.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism–Strategic Communication from the University of Kansas. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband Ethan, their daughter Juliana, and their dog Renny. She’s also a big fan of Mexican food and loves all things Harry Potter.
